You will send us a report describing your own creative work, some of it possibly unreleased. So:

Your work stays yours. No rights transfer. We get permission to read the report and improve the instrument — nothing else.
It is never published, quoted, shown to other testers, or used as marketing.
It is never used to train or fine-tune an AI model, by us or by anyone we hand it to.
The raw session log is optional. Withholding it changes nothing about what you receive.
Ask us to delete any of it and we will, without asking why.

This round is open to US residents only. Not a judgement about anyone — taking reports from the UK or EU brings data rules we would rather meet properly than approximate. Twenty places is small enough that waiting is the honest call. Later rounds will open up.
