Data Visualization Dashboard for Insurers and Administrators

To design a comprehensive data visualization dashboard that enabled insurers and hospital administrators to analyze and interpret large volumes of medical and insurance data.

User Research: Conducted in-depth interviews and surveys with insurance analysts and decision-makers to understand their data needs, pain points, and workflow.
Information Architecture: Developed an information architecture that organized data into clear, logical categories, making it easy for users to navigate and find relevant information.
Prototyping: Created interactive prototypes using tools like Sketch and InVision, incorporating user feedback through iterative testing.
Stakeholder Interviews: Conducted interviews with administrators to understand their specific data visualization needs, preferences, and challenges.
Data Analysis: Analyzed various types of data, including claims, hospital performance metrics, and patient demographics, to identify key insights and trends.
